Don Grafstrom | Broker

I have been a resident of Clallam County since 1972, having been an owner/operator of Beaver Lumber Company and am currently a licensed Realtor and Broker with Lunsford Real Estate and Property Management, since 1992. While working as a Broker for Lunsford Real Estate, I have received awards for being one of the Top Brokers in Clallam County. I have been very active in the community through involvement as past president and current member of the West End Business and Professional Association, as a Board Member and current President of the Forks Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the West Olympic Peninsula Betterment Association, retired as a 20 year Volunteer Fireman, former Mentor and Business Advisor for the Quillayute Valley School District, Vice Chair of the Quillayute Valley Parks and Recreation District, a supporter of Habitat for Humanity, and numerous other groups. Being a part of these groups gives me great personal satisfaction, but also benefits my clients by allowing me to keep in touch with the Real Estate needs and opportunities in the community. My wife and I have raised four children through the local school system and continue to support the schools in any way we can.

During my time on the Peninsula I have learned a lot and am happy to share this knowledge with my clients. I spent over 20 years in the timber industry which gave me the opportunity to learn the area like the back of my hand. I also have developed a lot of contacts during this time. I am the first to admit I don’t “know it all”, but I can usually point you to the best place to get the accurate information you need to make an informed decision. My best area of expertise is knowing who has the answers you need, whether it be a natural resource expert, mortgage broker, contractor, or government official. I would appreciate the opportunity to assist you in turning your Real Estate Dreams into Reality. Why not contact me today?
